“Outlaws and Bystanders” is the sixth album by Ken Theriot. It was released on March 12th , 2014.

Ken and Lisa Theriot performed an official album release concert on Wednesday, March 12th, at The Green Dragon Tavern during Gulf Wars 2014 -an event of the medieval re-creation group, the Society for Creative Anachronism SCA).
